Jets cornerback Antonio Cromartie followed up Thursday on teammate Darrelle Revis' Wedneday remarks that Moss was basically loafing in the second half of their 28-14 win over New England on Sept. 19 at the New Meadowlands Stadium. Jenny Vrentas of the Newark Star-Ledger shed some light on Cromartie's remarks.
"When you get in his face a lot, you get him frustrated," said Cromartie, who held Moss without a catch in that game after Revis left with a strained left hamstring moments after getting beaten on a 34-yard touchdown catch by Moss.
But since the Jets have to face Moss again Monday night at home when he takes the field with his new teammates on the Minnesota Vikings, Cromartie was careful not to send out too much bulletin board material.
