Dana Stubblefield Sentenced to 90 Days in Jail for Stealing Ex-Girlfriend's Mail

Dana Stubblefield jailDana Stubblefield, who played 11 NFL seasons from 1993-2003, was sentenced to 90 days in jail for stealing his ex-girlfriend's mail.

Stubblefield spent the majority of his pro career -- seven seasons -- with the San Francisco 49ers. The 49ers selected Stubblefield in the first round (No. 26 overall) of the 1993 draft. He played five season in San Francisco before joining the Redskins for the 1999 and 2000 campaigns, then returned to the Niners for 2001 and 2002. Stubblefield concluded his career by playing eight games for the Raiders in 2008.

Over his decade-plus in the NFL, Stubblefield recorded 53 1/2 sacks -- his best season coming in 1997 with San Francisco, when he had 15.
