Thrashers, Bruins Brawl After Freddy Meyer Hit On Milan Lucic

With the Boston Bruins leading 4-1 late in the third period of their win over the Atlanta Thrashers on Thursday night, Milan Lucic was leveled by Thrashers defenseman Freddy Meyer. What followed was a complete line brawl that resulted in six fighting majors and six 10-minute misconducts. For the game, the two teams combined for 118 penalty minutes, with most of them coming as a result of this friendly exchange of pleasantries.
